NFA Loses close home opener to FDR

The Golbacks played their first home game of the season today. NFA started out strong, scoring the first goal just 2mins into the game, but FDR responded quickly. The Presidents then built a 3-1 lead to close the half. NFA got with the score to 3-2, but then a series of penalities led to 2 more goals by FDR. The Goldbacks never gave up, and conmtinued to play hard until the final horn sounded. Junior attackman Pat McKeon scored both goals for NFA.
